Pat says it won’t be that way with this election. Pat has faith in Matt Dunlap, that he will come up with a process that will work. The judge hearing the arguments is Superior Court Justice Michaela Murphy. Ray believes that RCV is a great vote suppression tool. Ray asks Pat about the lack of a public hearing on items before the state legislature. Slugger stopped by and waved on his way to the Big Jab.

Part 2: They boys talk about the candidates and how people are going to learn the difference between the candidates because the media seems to focus only on the Republicans.
