03-22-18 Dave Ciullo
David Ciullo of Career Management Services and Dale Carnegie Maine, he also hosts The H.R. PowerHour on WLOB Radio joins Bob Witkowski, Peter McFarland and Ray by phone to talk on today’s topic of harassment. He says sexual harassment isn’t just employees, but other people as well. It can be a customer, vendor or anyone that your employee comes in contact with while representing your company. Supervisors that don’t take a complaint seriously, can be sued personally as well as the company that he works for. The work environment will only be getting more sensitive.
