President Trump on Tuesday ousted Rex Tillerson as secretary of state and said he is replacing him with CIA Director Mike Pompeo. Trump said he is naming Gina Haspel the new director of the CIA. Haspel has served as Pompeo’s deputy and will become the first woman to serve as director.

Part 1: Ray reads a story from The Hill about how The Trump administration broke the law when it missed a deadline last year in implementing the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) ozone pollution rule, a federal court ruled Monday.
Part 2: EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt was supposed to announce by Oct. 1 which areas of the country were in compliance with the 2015 Obama administration rule. They continue the conversations. Ray and David debate State verses Federal laws. This is quite the discussion.
