Ray reads an article on a federal judge in San Francisco ordering parties in a landmark global warming lawsuit to hold what could be the first-ever U.S. court hearing on the science of climate change. The proceeding, scheduled for March 21 by U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup, will feature lawyers for Exxon, BP, Chevron and other oil companies pitted against those for San Francisco and Oakland. Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland and Ray have a quick discussion about snow. They laugh at how the Fox Network is being treated compared to other networks covering Trump. The topic changes to Jeff Sessions heading to California. He could have issued the warrant from Washington. California calls it a stunt.

We had a caller from Bangor looking for a photo of Sgt. Lester E. MacDonald. He was 25 years old when he died in 1966. He was in the 101 Airborne Division. Ray tells him that the best person to call that might be able to help would be Mayor Mike Samphy.

Ray goes back to US Attorney General Jeff Sessions heading to California. He has said that he is planning to sue California because of their stance on immigration. The Governor of California and the Mayor of Oakland. Gov. Jerry Brown has made California a sanctuary state and has warned any business that cooperates with ICE will have major consequences. The Mayor of Oakland Libby Schaaf issued a warning that there was going to be an immigrant ICE raid in advance. That meant that she was obstructing justice.
