Part 1: Representative Marty Grohman stopped by the studio and is joined by Rep. Wayne Parry to discuss a bill that he sponsored in Augusta. He says it’s not about loan forgiveness, and eligibility would be tied to living and working in Maine. He has recently un-enrolled from the Democrat Party and became an independent in a dominantly Democrat district. This bill is designed to help bring and keep young people to the state of Maine for schools.

They also touch briefly on some of the tariffs that have been imposed and could possibly be coming down the pike. Ray also plays Robert Kennedy’s presidential candidacy speech. The things he spoke about in that speech are still being fought today.
