Ray reads a story from the Blumberg Report about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into whether President Donald Trump obstructed justice is said to be close to completion, but he may set it aside while he finishes other key parts of his probe, such as possible collusion and the hacking of Democrats, according to current and former U.S. officials. Ray also touches on the school walkout again. Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker fills us in on some of the things happening in Washington. The South Korean announcement and tariffs.
03-12-18 Storytime in Portsmouth
Ray brings us a story out of Portsmouth, NH. The Portsmouth Public Library had drag queens come in and read stories to children. Drag Queen Story Hour is not a new concept, but rather this event is part of a national diversity program.
03-12-18 Don Collins
Ray and Debi pay tribute to Don Collins a former state legislator and the father of Maine Sen. Susan Collins who died Saturday at 92 years old. Don Collins served five terms in the Maine House and Senate between 1970 and 1992 and also served as Mayor of Caribou.
03-12-18 Walk Out
Part 1: Ray and Debi talk about the March 14th Walk Out event. Maine teenagers will supposedly lead walkouts and rallies at some 40 schools from Berwick to Machias as part of the nationwide #Enough National School Walkout to End Gun Violence. The problem is that it is a political event held at the school. Only in Westbrook they are having only the left side speaking and after the walkout they will be having a voter’s registration.
Part 2: Ray and Debi continue the discussion on the walkout planned on Wednesday. Ray wants to be extremely clear. He is proud that our kids are standing up so that they can be heard. Ray’s problem is the schools indoctrinating our children instead of teaching our kids how to learn.
