Ray and Joe Bruno start the morning talking the government shutdown. They just touch on it in this segment, but sure there is more to come later in the show. Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen brings us the Olympics. He gives us a comparison on the weather and how this is the coldest to which he has gone.
02-08-18 Bill Green
Part 1: Ray is joined by NewsCenter Maine’s Bill Green, Host of Bill Green’s Maine Saturdays at 7:00pm and weekly segments, Green Outdoors and My Hometown, on NewsCenter Maine. He was fortunate to be able to cover the Super Bowl for the first time. They talk about price of tickets and the scalpers. Ray asks Bill about his favorite Super Bowl story. It was meeting Tom Brady’s cousins that live in Minnesota.
Part 2: Ray and Bill talk about some of the quarterback and how they “read the field”. Tom Brady is a master. Bill also loves Gronk and how sad it was that he was robbed while he was out of town. He describes what he would do to people that steal and cyber thiefs.
Part 3: Bill tells us how he got his job at NewCenter Maine. Thank you McDonald’s. If it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t have this treasure, Bill Green.
Part 4: Ray asks Bill some questions. Who was his favorite interview? What was his best story? Bill explains his process to a point. They talk about people in office. They talk about life’s journey.
Part 5: Ray thanks Bill for coming in and they tease Pat Callaghan for not calling in today.
