Part 2: Ray talks about the Government National Debit and how it has grown since President Bush’s Administration. They talk about how the Welfare system is in need of overhauling because we can’t sustain the government budget growth.

Part 1: Ray starts the morning hitting on the Governor’s State of the State Address from last night. The Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen got to visit the radio studio in Seoul, South Korea. A team of North Korean defectors is broadcasting illegal programs across the border. North Korea Reform Radio airs speech and international music, aimed at a target audience including military officers, students and young people which the station chief says are the people best-placed to bring about change.
Part 2: Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland call in to discuss the Worldwide Threats Hearing. Are we under a continuous Russian Assault? They also talk about commentators masquerading as reporters.

Part 1: Ray, Rich and David are joined by Republican Party Leader Demi Kouzounas and they talk about the up-coming campaign. How is the candidate recruitment coming? Demi explains how that is going.
Part 2: Portland Mayor calls in to discuss the Fundraiser he is going to do on Friday. He lost a bet over the Super Bowl and now is making good on his bet. Part 4: Ranked Choice Voting and how is that going to wreck havoc on the election. She explains what the process will be for the ballots. They will have to be hand counted. The Democrats have the most to loose with RCV. It is unconstitutional and they give some examples.
Part 5: The discussion is on Maine’s budget and the state spending. People are leaving and when they do, it leaves the elderly and other state funded families. We are 48th in business climate. We have to do better.
