Part 1: Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker joins Ray by phone to discuss the FISA Memo. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) has a confidential memo written by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes’ office and has been the subject of partisan disagreement all week long. The memo supposedly details federal surveillance abuses and could be declassified and released and released today.
Part 2: Ray continues this thread of discussion. He ends up taking a call and they switch over to the Super Bowl.
Part 3: Ray finishes up his show talking about the Super Bowl and Bill Green. He gives another accu-view report of the weather. Stay warm. He gives a big shout out and tribute to Conner and Bailey Richardson for their One Year Anniversary.
02-02-18 Bill Green
Bill Green joins Ray from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. WSCH6 sent him out to cover some of the “people” stories that happen. He does not disappoint. He and Ray have a great conversation on some of the things he has seen and people he has met. They talk about Gronk and that he has been cleared to play.
02-02-18 Punxsutawney Phil
We are joined by the Wind Warden Bill Cooper to represent Punxsutawney Phil. He gives a little background on the history of the little groundhog and how he got his name. Punxsutawney Phil lives in Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pa. He predicts whether or not spring will come early or we will have 6 more weeks of winter.
02-02-18 Drugs
Part 1: Ray takes a call. The caller says that we should be doing more in the prevention and rehabilitation so that we don’t/won’t need to use the drug Naloxone. Ray agrees, but that is a different issue. This is a 3 pronged issue. 1.) Education 2.) Enforcement 3.) Rehabilitation. We need to stop the drugs coming into our state/country. None of that matters if the person isn’t alive to benefit from those prongs.
Part 2: Ray takes another call and it happens to be the same caller from before. The discussion continues.
