Powers joins us with the story of a middle school teacher and prominent member of an Antifa group has been ordered to pay legal fees for a failed attempt to get a permanent restraining order against the former president of the Berkeley College Republicans at the University of California, Berkeley, according to reports. Alameda County Superior Court Commissioner Thomas Rasch ordered Yvette Felarca, the leader of By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), an Antifa, or anti-fascist, group, to pay $10,000 in attorney’s fees and $1,100 in court fees.

The Maine Board of Pharmacy is now tasked with writing the rules for the amended law, which also adds required training for pharmacists and customers. LePage, who also unsuccessfully vetoed the original bill, has said that Narcan “does not truly save lives, it merely extends them until the next overdose.”

Dr. Bandy X. Lee reportedly met with the group of lawmakers on Dec. 5 and Dec. 6 and warned them the president is “going to unravel.” All of the lawmakers in attendance were Democrats, except for one Republican senator.
