Fox News Radio’s Eben Brown has the The National Transportation Safety Board‘s final ruling on the sinking of the El Faro. The entire crew of the El Faro died when the cargo ship sunk in Hurricane Joaquin. A ship captain’s bad judgement, a weak corporate safety culture that left crewmembers ill-prepared and an old ship with outdated lifeboats were all factors leading up to this is a horrible tragedy.
