David and Ray discuss the City Council vote in Portland against Mayor Ethan Strimling. There is a definite power struggle going on between the progressive Mayor and progressive City Council members. Caller calls in and compliments Ray on his afternoon broadcast from last month. They have a really nice chat.
12-20-17 Trump’s Tax Plan
Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker is in Washington and is anticipating President Trump to give a speech this afternoon, congratulating Republicans and hopefully signing the bill. Not sure if he will sign today or after the new year, but this is the first step in his plan of Making America Great Again.

Joining Ray and David this morning is Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling. There is a power struggle in Portland. The City Council vetoed the whole full slate of appointments. Council members wouldn’t even allow the Mayor to speak on why this wasn’t even legal. The power struggle is still going on, he says that the council is under-minding the office of the Mayor, again and overstepping their authority.
