Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling joins David Jones, Joel Williams, Bill Diamond and Ray by phone. They talk about Monday night’s City Counsel meeting and some of the changes that were made. There should be accountability for spending. Fixed costs go up and you can’t blame the Governor for that. Joel tells Ethan that his daughter and son-in-law moved here two years ago and feel like they’re home.
