Ray, Maine State Sen. Bill Diamond and David Jones have some frivolous chatting. They then go back to the referendum discussions. The Legislature really needs to be able to alter how a referendum is worded sometimes because they aren’t legal or won’t work logistically. Ray asks Bill about the referendum process. Bill gives a brief history of how it was suppose to work. Originally, it was to help grass-root movements, now big business has moved in and are paying for signatures.
