Peter McFarland, Ray and Debi talk about the congressional debate about guns. Peter, who is the Event Manager for the City of Portland, describes how he plans the security for events. Each event has different challenges. Outside events have the parking garage and other higher buildings around them, those higher vantage points are all patrolled. Ray goes after Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton and other democrats that went directly into the gun politics not even a day after the Vegas tragedy.

10-05-17 David Ciullo
Dave, host of the HR Power Hour and Career Management Services gives us tips from the Human Resources side of employment. Today’s disucssion with Peter McFarland, Ray Richardson, Bob Witkowski and Stefanie Manning was about wages and being competitive in the market. It’s difficult to get a job if you are from out of state because employers don’t want to invest their time and money for someone that “spent their summer here, fell in love with the area, then decide they don’t like the cold and leave.”

Part 2: Segment started with Fox News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal giving an update on Vegas. We then move to Harvest on the Harbor, an Euphoria of Food. They have some great distilleries and farm to table chefs.
