Segments 7:  In this FO Bailey Real Estate segment, David Jones and Ray discuss the Biden rule set to take effect that will force good-credit home buyers to pay more for their mortgages to subsidize loans to higher-risk borrowers. Borrowers with a credit score of about 680 would pay around $40 more per month on a $400,000 mortgage under rules from the Federal Housing Finance Agency that go into effect May 1, costs that will help subsidize people with lower credit ratings also looking for a mortgage.

Segment 4:  Ray, David, and Dee Dee talk about the government’s interference in our daily lives, the lack of workers, immigrants, and more.
Segments 5-6:  Sophia Pride joins the group and they talk about relationships, marriage, teamwork, and more.

Segments 11-12:  Former Maine Sen. Bill Diamond walks in the door and joins Ray, David, and Dee Dee to pick up the check from Pete McVety. They discuss the mission of Walk a Mile, the DHHS system in Maine, and the many years of lack of accountability. There will also be a Cruisin For Kids Ride on April 29 beginning at 9 am. They will be leaving RAVE X in South Portland and ending up at Iron Tales Saloon in Acton. The ride has been organized by United Bikers of Maine. Segment 1:  Ray Richardson starts positively with the history of random acts of kindness from the “Red Heart Bandit”. Through his death, his identity has been finally revealed as Kevin Fahrman. A celebration of life for Fahrman will be held from 2-5 p.m. Tuesday at the Portland Yacht Club in Falmouth. He moves on to the service at Eastpoint and Scott and Beth Taube.


Segment 2:  Ray talks about student homelessness based on a story from the Bangor Daily News.

Segment 3:  Ray talks about the government seizing a home for unpaid taxes and keeping the balance on the sale. Gunny Mike joins and they talk about a story in Michigan about eminent domain in Michigan and other government overstepping and the difference between a private and a government job. Segment 4: Pete McVety (McVety’s Hearth and Home) joins Ray to donate $1,000 to Walk A Mile In There Shoes. They talk about the need to continue to fight the good fight to be a voice for the kids of Maine.

Segments 5-6:  Ray thanks Pete again and the sad reason that Walk A Mile in Their Shoes was founded. Vern Dukes (The Trucker of Truth) and Andrew Piantidosi join Ray and they discuss giving money to the government and raising children.

Segment 7:  Ray shares Walk a Mile in Their Shoes‘ mission and the address to send donations. Todd Piro (Co-Host of Fox and Friends First) and the boys discuss a case in DC and more.

Segment 8:  Ray teases Demi about moving the worms, and Andrew says that he has a big announcement coming up in May.

Segments 9-10:  The panel discusses the painter, Bob Ross. Maine Rep. Joshua Morris (R-Turner) join the panel and they chat about some of the Maine Bills put forward to protect our children in the DHHS system and the OMEGA Report regarding the Case of Maddox Williams.

Segments 11-12:  Ray talks about the failures of our government leaders and the path that we need to follow to improve. Our elected leaders and their lust for power, the money that they have made to buy their vote. Andrew shares a message that he heard at church and how it impacted him. They get into different philosophies on how to get their message out.

Segment 3:  Gunny Mike joins Ray and Dee Dee. They discuss some of the “woke” programs affecting our country including, dependency on China for the components of electric vehicles, Title 9, transgenders and sports, and more.

Segment 4:  Ray previews some of the upcoming guests for the day.

Segment 5:  Ray talks about the pushback against the erosion of truth and the constant barrage against what our country was built on and Maine Speaker of the House Rachel Talbot Ross saying on Public Broadcasting that the founding of the United States was a hate crime.

This leads to a discussion about Dr. Shah and his lacking and Gov. Mills’ response. The results of the Covid shutdowns.

Segment 11:  Ray talks about the “Wonderful World” that Gov. Mills lives in and the difference between Maine and New Hampshire. Kenny Cianchette (Erik’s Church in Windham) joins the gang. They get into schools, school budgets, and more.

Segment 12: Maine Rep. Barbara Bagshaw joins by phone on her way to Augusta to submit her bill. She and Ray discuss the Windham School Board and the controversial books in the library.
