Part 1:  Ray and Debi discuss what constitutes a Constitutional Crisis. Yesterday, the Judiciary Committee votes to hold AG Barr in contempt after Trump invokes executive privilege. This leads to the release of President Trump’s personal tax returns from before he was President. In other words, he was a private citizen, which is against the law.


Part 2:  Ray reads Superior Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg ruling about personal tax returns. Ray gives an example of how it could happen to YOU!!!

Part 3:  Bob Witkowski joins us in studio. He is from Visit Portland and author of 100 Things to do in Portland Maine Before You Die. Bob brings us Rappel for Ripple. Part 4:  Rachel Sutherland of Fox News Radio joins Bob, Ray and Debi by phone. She and Ray discuss the “Constitutional Crisis” that has been thrown around so cavalierly. They talk about Mueller’s Report and crazy mindset that the anti-Trumpsters are in. People are willing to sell their souls to get Trump out of office. Ray ends with Meatloaf’s song, Heaven by the Dashboard Lights.

Part 5:  Debi plays the Meatloaf song and everyone sings with it. Ray reiterates this is what is happening in DC. Ray and Bob talk about the fatalistic mentality of Boston when one game is lost Congress and Augusta.

Part 6:  Debi plays the Meatloaf song suggested by a listener, I want my money back. The panel welcomes Thorn Dickerson by phone. He is with AVANGRID. He is here to help dispel some of the myths and scare tactics that have been put out there. Thorn explains the exhaustive study on gas and emissions that was done. Ray asks about the anti-business measure that State Rep. Brownie Carson proposed, Bill LD 640 “Resolve, To Require a Study of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reductions from the Proposed Central Maine Power Company Transmission Corridor”.

Part 7:  Ray gives the phone number for the Statehouse. He pleads for you all to call and call often. Stand up and BE BOLD! Ray talks about the elected folks and their plans for YOU! He talks about the Medicaid Expansion and how elected folks like Brownie Carson are going to hurt the state of Maine for the long haul if we stay silent.

Part 8:  Ray, Bob, Debi and Dee Dee welcomes Lisa Bird of Special Olympics of Maine(SOMaine). She is here to celebrate! It is their 50th Anniversary and she gives a huge shout out to Maine’s Law Enforcement community. SOME is a state-wide non-profit with only 6 paid personnel. Bob asks her about the winter events. Lisa gives a brief history of how SOMaine was founded. Bob gives WGME‘s Jeff Peterson a shout out for his participation in the Lobster Dip held on New Years Day. They talk about the eradication of people with disabilities and how far they have come. Lisa talks about Unified Sports. Ray states: “You can do it or You can’t do it, both are correct.” He explains how words have meaning and make a difference. Ray mentions that she was highlighted in the April 2018 Issue of Richardson Magazine.

Part 9:  Ray and Jon Decker of Fox News Radio chat about Jerry Nadler and the Mueller Report. They also talk about China and the tariffs that have been mentioned. Jon expands on the relationship between Pres. Trump and the Chinese Prime Minister.

Part 10:  Ray talks about the Democrats and how now that the people that benefit from the cushy job of being elected to DC and how Trump had promised to shake it all up. So now, that “Dribs and Drabs” of the truth are coming out. Mr. Comey is going to be in a world of trouble. They take a call about the scenario Ray has laid out. The caller also has a question about the bill put forward about conversion therapy. LD 1025 “An Act To Prohibit the Provision of Conversion Therapy to Minors by Certain Licensed Professionals” leads to a discussion between Ray and Debi as well.

Part 1:  Rachel Sutherland of Fox News Radio opens up the show this morning. She and Ray discuss Attorney General Barr and the contempt vote that might happen against him. They also talk about the release of President Trump’s tax returns. Ray worries that our country is at a pre-Civil War dissension level. Ray and Debi continue to chat about the Senate’s rules.


Part 2:  Ray touches on one of the ideas from yesterday. He points out the differences between Georgia and Maine. Stacey Abrams still hasn’t conceded her Governor’s race, but if she were in office the law that Gov. Brian Kemp signed into law a so-called “heartbeat” bill, banning abortion as early as six weeks into pregnancy. Ray gives a little bit of background and tells what Maine want to enact.

Part 3:  Ray talks about hatred toward President Donald Trump and the political crowd that is out of control. He talks about the what the biased media will do to get him out of office. The fact that the NY Times would release person’s personal tax returns without their permission is unconscionable. We do have a right while he holds office.

Part 4:  Ray starts off with the story out of the Washington Examiner about Presidential Candidate and US Sen. Cory Booker’s announcement of his plans that all gun owners be licensed by the federal government. They are trying to slowly take away all of your rights and they are doing it subtly and Ray uses the description of the frog in the boiling water to describe the process. Part 5:  Ray talks about Democrat Presidential hopeful Kirsten Gillibrand’s promise that, if elected president, she’ll only appoint Supreme Court justices who will support the Roe v. Wade decision.

Part 6:  Ray offers to take calls. First one is about Sen. Cory Booker and holding him accountable for his statements. Ray asks him how does he propose we do that. He and Ray discuss what we need to do is to stand in unison. Ray gives an example of what his is talking about. Our rights are being slowly whittled down and we need to pay attention and stand together and take the battle to the people.

Part 7:  Ray takes another call that wants to hold the elected folks accountable for lying. Ray explains why they aren’t. The liberal media are on their side and won’t question anything that they say.

Part 8:  Ray welcomes State Director, Lori Parham of AARP Maine and Amy Goyer, AARP’s Family & Caregiving Expert.  Amy tells her story of how she got involved and her personal experiences.

Part 9:  The panel takes a call who says that a caregiver needs: Brains, Brawn and Heart. Amy has written a couple of books to help and support caregivers.

Part 1:  Ray starts off with some of the current news. President Trump pardoned Michael Behenna, a former Army lieutenant who served five years in prison for the murder of an Iraqi prisoner. Ray, Debi and Dee Dee discuss the Democrats and Rep. Al Green, Hillary Clinton, Russia, collusion.


Part 2:  Ray welcomes Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland by phone and David Jones is back in the house. Ray and Rachel discuss the United States deployment of military assets to the Iran Region. Ray and David discuss his trip to New York.

Part 3:  Ray, Debi, David and Dee Dee discuss California living….the culture of the different regions of the country are so diverse and different in religious, culture, race and weather realms.

Part 4:  Former State Sen. Garrett Mason joins Ray, David and Dee Dee to discuss today’s issues. Ray brings up Maine LD 820 “An Act To Prevent Discrimination in Public and Private Insurance Coverage for Pregnant Women in Maine”. Ray asks why do the Dems believe that one Constitutional Right is more important than the other. Ray poses the question why isn’t gun rights just as important and they are trying to take away our right to carry, but the right to kill a baby is so important. They all agree that this is a values debate. Arthur Langley calls in to disagrees with the East Coast vs West Coast mentality, Ray agrees that it is probably more of a rural verses metropolitan thought process.

Part 5:  This is a short segment and Ray, Garrett and David give a quick rundown of some of the upcoming topics.

Part 6:  Maine Republican Party Chair, Demi Kouzounas joins the panel. Ray, Garrett and David discuss Honor Flights of Maine. Ray will be holding a remote at Rowe Ford in Westbrook to honor them. This leads to Ray announcing the Senior Dinner being held to honor high school seniors on May 17th. They talk about the sacrifice that military families give. High schools don’t recognize seniors going into service the same, if at all, as they do kids going into a college with scholarships.

Part 7:  Ray asks Demi about the flyer that she handed him about KC Hughes. Kevin (KC) Hughes (R) is a candidate seeking election to the Maine House of Representatives to represent District 45. They discuss him.

Part 8:  Ray plays a little Cool and the Gang….Ladies Night. He gives a shout out to Bob Witkowski and they talk about Bubba’s Sulky Lounge. They discuss that there will be a fundraiser for KC Hughes tonight at DiMillo’s in Portland. The panel talk about the shenanigans that goes on at the Maine House in the down time. This leads to a discussion about the history of the buildings in Augusta.

Part 9:  Garrett gives a memory of his time up in Augusta. They discuss Sen. Libby Mitchell.

Part 10:  The panel talk about Pres. Trump and his tax returns and that he was an advocate for women. They also talk about Hillary Clinton and her having the election stolen. Ray plays a clip of one of Trump’s campaign speech. Demi tells us why she is a Trump supporter. The panel continues with this thought. Ray plays another clip about Trump. This time it was Juanita Broaddrick. They talk about the differences between the Clintons and the Trumps. Ray points to Demi and tells the audience what kind of leader she is.

Part 11:  The panel discuss the crazy things in the legislature. Garrett invites everyone to Two Fat Cats in South Portland (across from Easy Day) from 10am-5pm on Friday.

Part 1:  Ray touches on the wet weather in the mid-west. He then takes Portland’s homeless and immigrant problems. Ray reads part of the story out of the Portland Press Herald about Portland Human Resources Director Gina Tapp, who spoke up at a budget-setting meeting to criticize Mayor Strimling, who has said Portland welcomes new Americans such as those arriving at the southern border. Ray and Debi discuss it and the surrounding areas.


Part 2:  Ray and Debi discuss the Kentucky Derby that ran on Saturday. Maximum Security crossed the line and was the winner until he was disqualified. This lead to Country House winning the Kentucky Derby. They discuss what led to the disqualification.

Part 3:  Ray talks about the Jobs Report that was released. Ray speaks to Cory Booker’s statements and claims that this good report is because of Pres. Obama. Ray explains the how and why the economy will continue to roar.

Part 4:  Ray talks about how to BE BOLD! He gives his outline of what real change looks like. It starts at the dinner table. It needs to be respectful. It begins with conversations. The art of polite conversation has disappeared in our country.

Part 5:  Ray welcomes Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland by phone and they discuss the President’s tax return. There is no law, but more of a tradition to release a personal tax return.

Part 6:  Ray reminds people of the remote that he will be doing at Rowe Ford on Sat. May 25th to promote Honor Flights Maine. Ray moves back to his BE  BOLD! initiative. He tells the story of when he worked at one of the soup kitchens about someone coming in and telling him that she got a job that day. That made a lasting impression on him. His final words in this segment is “Don’t Back Down…”

Part 7:  Ray takes a call about the climate and they discuss that there isn’t an answer to the climate change.

Part 8:  Ray welcomes Meris Bickford from the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals (MSSPA). Ray and Meris talk about the new baby out at the farm. Meris invites everyone to come celebrate with Daphne and her colt at the naming party. Honor your mom at our reception from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 12 at MSSPA’s 279 River Road farm. Ray asks Meris about Daphne and about the birth and development of the foal. They talk about their Campaign Buy-A-Bale. $5.00 to help buy hay for the year. They talk about Meris being a regular contributor to Richardson Magazine and her Animal Welfare articles.

Part 9:  Ray talks about a variety of topics in this short segment. Ray continues to talk about the horse farm. He talks about Joe Reagan of Vets Count and the speaking engagement that Ray will be doing on Thursday night May 9th at the York County Republican Committee Meeting at the Wells Activity Center, 113 Sanford Rd. (Rte 109). Doors open 6:00 pm for refreshments with the meeting starting at 7:00 pm.

Part 10:  Ray talks about a former classmate and friend Ira Lockhart. He was featured in our September issue of Richardson Magazine. Ray describes the non-profit that Ira is involved with that supports his area of Tampa Florida. Current of Tampa Bay helps with the self esteem by helping to provide a way to clean clothes. Ray moves on to the Arabs and Jews war that has been raging on for centuries.

Part 11:  Ray takes a call and they discuss the Pres. Trump’s tweets about Mueller not testifying. Ray expresses that he understands why Trump did it. Ray also goes on to explain why.
