Ray and Debi sing Chicago’s Time and that leads into Ray reading a press release about the House needing more “time” to get the job done. They didn’t work while they were up there, but now they want to extend the session.

Part 1: Ray starts off with scheduling changes for this weekend on WLOB Radio. We will be covering the Maine Republican Convention live. Ray continues with who has made it onto the ballot and how much they have raised in this quarter. Ray talks about the “Cutler Files” scandal from several years ago.
Part 2: Ray continues on the convention and talk about LePage’s administration and how far we have come and now we need to continue on this path. Ray talks about the Maine’s People Alliance and how they are running our state democrats. Then takes on the ACLU and how they used to protect people’s rights, but now they don’t do that anymore. Ray says “God wants his people to prosper!”

Part 1: The discussion is signature petitions, People’s referendum process and how important it is to read what you are signing.
Part 2: David and Ken were talking during the break about rural Maine and how beautiful it is, but it is also the most poor part of our state. David describes their discussion and then Ray ask Ken what he would do to help stop the migration of our youth leaving the state.
Part 3: Ken was suppose to be speaking at the Maine Republican Convention on Saturday afternoon, but his daughter will be graduating from Husson College at 3pm and he won’t miss her walking across the stage. The panel talks about family comes first. He also talks about his service as a Lieutenant Colonel and Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the Maine Air National Guard which he is also suppose to be on reserve. Ray asks about our returning service members and what Ken will do to help the with integration into private lives, medical attention. Ray asks about helping law enforcement. Ken response that he would wage war on drugs and gangs. Ray talks about the 3 prong approach to the drug problem, Education, Enforcement and Rehabilitation. Ellie answers that it isn’t a short term answer, we have to be in it for the long haul.
