Ray and Debi welcomes Maine Rep. Rich Cebra in studio. Rich lays out the daily schedule in the Maine House. Ray and Rich talk about the mismanagement of the House leaders and how partisan the Speaker is. Rich also talks about past Speakers and how they were very partisan, but when they became the Speaker they were non-partisan and for the people of Maine.

In studio we have Bruce Coffin, Mike Edes, Steve Webster and Joe Loughlin. Bruce Coffin is a former detective sergeant with twenty-eight years in law enforcement. He is now an author of a detective series books. Mike Edes retired from Maine State Police, but served multiple branches of law enforcement over the years. Steve Webster is retired from South Portland Police and has written a book and working on his second one. Joe Loughlin is a retired Deputy Chief of Police and also served as the Interim Chief for the City of Portland. He also has a delicious steak sauce, but has also written a couple of books.
This is a four part series of discussions on several different topics and some great stories. They express their opinions on law enforcement and the public’s response to the uniform.

Part 1: Ray is joined in studio by Gubernatorial Candidate Mary Mayhew. They discuss how the campaign is going. They discuss Maine’s business climate and how adolescence is now expanding into their twenties. Medicaid Expansion is also discussed.
Part 2: Ray asks Mary what would you do with the State Legislature and them not getting their work done on time.
Part 3: They take a call about the “vanishing American adult”. Mary explains what her plan would be. Another caller asks about the tax relief for residence, especially the elderly population. Ray asks her about school funding formula.
