Ray, Joe and Mark discuss the school safety and gun issue. Joe has a hard time with students dictating the policies of America, especially since they don’t know the constitution and laws of our country. Ray understands that they are all scared and Joe sympathizes, but that shouldn’t over shadow the constitution.
