Fox News Radio’s Tonya J. Powers reports on the devastating fire in the Bronx walk-up building that contained 29 units. Mayor Bill de Blasio called this the “worst fire tragedy in this city in at least a quarter century.” It has killed at least 12 people, including at least three children under the age of 10. The fire started on the first floor and spread quickly, said the city’s fire commissioner, Daniel Nigro.
