The rents lock in to the price it was on November 1, 2017 and it can’t change. Vote NO on Portland Question 1. Taxes, roofs, snow removal, furnace repairs, all of the things that renters don’t think about to keep the building safe and someplace that people would want to live in. They also discuss the State Referendum for Question 2, Ranked Choice Voting. Not only will it affect the state elections, but will also impact the local elections. Question 2 is BAD for Maine.
