Part 1:  Ray and Debi chat with Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen about NATO and why it is important. Today marks the anniversary of the signing of this document in 1949. Should the US get out of the agreement or just hold the other countries to the agreements that they have made.
Part 2:  Ray and Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker have a conversation about the Southern border and how it is now become so political.
Part 3:  Ray takes a walk down the history lane. He talks about Martin Luther King, Jr. Today marks the anniversary of his assassination. Ray talks about the whata-coulda on what could have happened had MLK had lived and what are sort of influence would he have had. Bob Witkowski joins us in studio.
Part 4:  Ray reads a story about the House committee chairman formally requested the IRS provide several years of his personal and business tax returns, in a move that prompted congressional Republicans to warn that Democrats had “weaponized” tax law. Ray, Debi and Bob discuss this action. Ray touches on Gov. Mills’ Medicaid expansion plan being federally approved. They talk about the poverty level that is required to be eligible.
Part 5:  Ray did some research on the poverty level and shares. They talk about the lack of people to work the jobs that we have already in the state.

Part 1:  Ray continues his thoughts on Eastpoint and their welcoming atmosphere and the hope that envelopes people …. Ray changes topics and brings up Maine LD 949 “An Act To Prevent Overdose Deaths”, which sounds great, but all it does is provide a safe place for people to do drugs. He also talks about the youth of Maine that will be leaving our beautiful State because they can’t afford to live here. He talks about the infrastructure and road problems Maine has. He ties all of these thoughts together and says we need to do better.
Part 2:  Ray promotes the Youth Gathering at Eastpoint Christian Church (They are having a Young Adults Gathering on Thursday night from 7:00p to 8:30p in the Student Lounge at 345 Clarks Pond Parkway South Portland, ME 04106.) and then talks about the Christian/Government internal fight. He goes back to Maine LD 1451 “An Act Providing Labor Unions with Reasonable Access to Current and Newly Hired Public Sector Workers”, that would require every new state hire to have their personal information turned over to the union. Ray reminds his audience of the Supreme Court Case, Janus. This bill is a work around the Supreme Court decision. He goes back to the battle of the ideology of good and bad.

Ray welcomes a couple of youth pastors. Graham Strondak, Young Adults Pastor, and Fred Thompson, Resident Middle School Director, a couple of youth pastors from Eastpoint Church Christian Church. Ray asks them to tell their faith journey. They describe the atmosphere of The Point (which is free to the public). Eastpoint is to all walks of life. This is a very active place, not just on Sunday.
Fred believes that the Portland area are ready to receive God’s word. Graham explains that financial burdens are a big part of the young people struggling to find their way and Eastpoint is a safe place to discuss things that are killing our society. financial, suicide support, grief management, drug addiction, alcohol abuse are just a few, not to mention some of the other life groups that are designed to help get in relationship with Jesus. Part 1:  Ray talks about Maine LD 1451 “An Act Providing Labor Unions with Reasonable Access to Current and Newly Hired Public Sector Workers”. This basically gives unions all of the hiring information (which is private) to organizations whether or not an employee wanted that information release. This is just another crazy over-reach from the government. Ray also talks about the government funding of abortion. He wants to know why people are not standing up to the moral issues that are plaguing our state/country.
Part 2:  Ray answers the question of why he continues to be a Republican.
