Part 1: Ray heads back to immigration and media coverage. Where was the outrage when the kids in cages photo was actually taken.
Part 2: Why are you not wound up? Ray talks more about Susan Collins and her statements regarding her vote for a Supreme Court Justice. He supported what she had to say last week on how she would make her decision, but then she seemed to flip by Sunday to the only thing that mattered was abortion. Ray talks about what would be a good litmus test.
Part 3: Ray continues the Sen. Susan Collins thoughts. The Constitution and Supreme Court’s relationship has not been taught to our children so that they know what the true meaning of the Articles and the Bill of Rights stand for. Ray explains what the true meaning of the 2nd Amendment.

Ray is joined in studio by John Henninges and Wesley Heinz of the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad. They are here to give a little history of the Narrow Gauge trains in Maine. They have a 4th of July train that will be running up to the Eastern Prom and back after the fireworks. They also talk about the Polar Express that happens at Christmas. It is usually sold out. Part 1: Ray takes a call about kids and child abuse. Ray gives a history on the Supreme Court’s decision on abortion. Ray goes back to Plessy v. Ferguson and Roe v. Wade and Susan Collins. Ray talks more about how important it is for people to let the Sen. know how you feel and he is frustrated that she doesn’t have the “Republican Values” to keep little innocent babies safe. Roe v. Wade is not keeping all kids safe. What makes the kids at the border more important than an unborn child. Ray gives more history on how we got Roe v. Wade.
Part 2: In this segment, Ray questions how long the Dred Scott (Click here for Information) decision would have stood without the Civil War. He also talks about Skinner v. Oklahoma (Click here for Information) which was one of the legal constructs that Roe v. Wade was based on.
Part 3: Ray gives another history lesson. He talks about how the North punished the South. Tenure of Office Act. Ray also talks about how Andrew Johnson was almost impeached over an issue that was deemed unconstitutional down the road. He calls out Sen. Collins to do the right thing. He also heads to Augusta and the Governor’s veto over the weekend. The Maine Legislature doesn’t care about the people that really need help. They are more interested in helping able-minded, able-bodied, capable, competent people getting help instead of the people that really need it.
Part 4: Ray reads some of the text messages that he has gotten this am. Ray goes back to Susan Collins and her views on the requirements for a Supreme Court Justice.
