Part 1: Ray is left to his own devices….he takes a call about building a new power line that could cause damage to the environment. Ray says there is potentially another side of this story and he has only looked at it from the “1,000 foot” vantage point and will learn more about the particulars. He then starts talking about volume buying regarding renewable energy. Energy costs is one of the largest deterrent in bringing new businesses into Maine. Ray implores the four gubernatorial candidates take a look at this archaic system.
